The Third Raku - Donyu, also Nonko (1599-1656)
The first son of the Second. Named Kichihei, later Kizaemon. Also known as Nonko or Nonkau. His style is completely different from that of the First or the Second. Characteristic is his vivid style utilizing several colorful glazes in colors such as red and yellow. It is thought that he was influenced by Honami Koetsu.
