I have no knowledge of painting and cannot say for sure, but it appears to have been painted by Munakata Shiko (1903-1975).
It is a piece that exudes a delicate yet powerful charm. The unique shape and soft colors harmonize, captivating the viewer's eye. In the center is a portrait of a beautiful woman, with an elegant expression and strikingly vivid red cheeks. The surrounding brush strokes balance the composition and praise Suyako (the woman's name). The writing includes the phrase "In a place where flowers are deep, there are no footprints" (meaning that deep within the heart, there is no external interference).
